We’re looking for Media Strategists

Join us as a Media Strategist and take the lead in crafting cohesive media strategies for integrated EU communication campaigns. You’ll work on EU integrated communication campaigns to hit targets across audiovisual, cinema, out‑of‑home, digital and other media types—maximising impact while optimising budgets.

What you’ll do

• Turn campaign objectives into comprehensive media strategies covering all formats: TV, radio, cinema, outdoor, online, social, and beyond.
• Identify the right mix of channels and platforms for each initiative, tailored to diverse EU audiences.
• Develop budget allocations and timeline plans to ensure cost‑effective roll‑out.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and procurement teams to align messaging, measurement and execution.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time, adjusting tactics to improve reach, engagement and ROI.
• Deliver clear, data‑driven justifications for your strategic choices—and explain why other options weren’t selected.

Requirements :

• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant professional experience
• At least C1-level proficiency in English
• A knowledge of European projects

• Freelance or Open to Freelance Status
