We’re looking for a Media Planner

Join us as a Media Planner and take ownership of designing smart, cost‑effective media strategies in the framework of integrated EU communication campaigns. You’ll dive into the European Commission’s campaign objectives, pinpoint the ideal mix of channels and platforms, and build plans that hit targets while stretching every euro.

What you’ll do

• Translate a communication strategy into detailed, actionable media plans
• Research and evaluate traditional and digital channels across EU markets to find the best fit for each campaign goal
• Negotiate rates and placements to secure maximum reach and impact at optimal cost
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and bid teams to ensure campaign execution
• Monitor performance metrics in real time, refining tactics to boost ROI and meet KPIs
• Present clear, data‑driven rationales for channel selection—and explain why other options weren’t chosen

Requirements :

• Between 2 and 5 years of relevant professional experience
• At least C1-level proficiency in English
• A knowledge of European projects

• Freelance or Open to Freelance Status
