🤓 About the job: mission & key responsibilities

We are looking for an intern to support our Efficiency Team with HR and recruitment-related tasks. The team plays a key role in staff allocation, recruitment, onboarding, and internal process optimisation at VO Europe. As part of the team, you will help post job offers, screen applications, organise interviews, and contribute to improving internal tools and workflows. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and operational HR within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment processes:
    • publishing job ads,
    • collecting CVs and cover letters from the website,
    • screening applications,
    • scheduling interviews,
    • liaising with candidates,
    • following up based on interview feedback,
    • and any other relevant tasks.
  • Helping update internal databases (e.g. mapping, candidate databases, Allocation).
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures (e.g. administrative follow-up, onboarding sessions organisation, farewell party organisation).
  • Staff meeting organisation.
  • Taking part in the improvement of internal processes and documentation.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

 🤠 About the profile: qualification and skills – Do you fit the role?

  • Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Human Resources, Administration & Management, etc.).
  • At least B2 level in English; French is a plus.
  • Accurate and a strong eye for detail.
  • Good written and oral communication skills (writing e-mails, taking part in meetings) and the ability to summarise information correctly.
  • Good command of Office suite tools.
  • Interest in recruitment & HR.
