Junior Project Manager

Skills and qualities taken into consideration for the selection process:

  • Experience or a developed understanding of events, communication or marketing
  • Experience or a developed understanding of European projects or European politics
  • Must speak English and French at a C2 level, a third European language is an asset
  • Knowledge or experience on how to create budgets (excel: pivot tables, budget follow ups)
  • Team player with strong leadership skills
  • A knack for problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, customer service orientation is an asset
  • Minimum of a bachelor degree
  • Experience from 0 to 5 years in project management

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to projects, carrying out tasks in an autonomous way from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Contribute to budget management
  • Source and negotiate with vendors according to project requirements and needs
  • Coordinate and manage small size projects operations under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager
  • Oversee hiring personnel for the event (e.g. hostesses, catering, photographers etc.)
